Family Nurse Practitioner / Adults Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are looking for NPs (Family or Adults) to diagnose and treat health conditions, as well as promote good health practices. You’ll be our go-to person for ensuring the best patient care possible. The job description of a nurse practitioner includes conducting physical examinations, interpreting lab tests and overseeing patients’ health. You’ll be both a health practitioner and an educator, supporting disease prevention practices and helping people lead healthy lives.

As a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll have to work closely with other healthcare professionals, so you should have a team spirit and a positive attitude. Patience, problem-solving skills and communication ability are important.


  • – Examine patients and their medical records
  • – Order and study diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays etc.)
  • – Diagnose health conditions and illnesses
  • – Propose treatments for chronic and infectious diseases
  • – Prescribe medications
  • – Maintain accurate records and schedules
  • – Inform patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications
  • – Educate patients and their family members on diseases, epidemics and prevention

  • – Expertise in primary care, acute care and chronic care practices
  • – Knowledge of health and patient care regulations
  • – Excellent communication skills (Spanish speaking preferable)

Medical Assistant

Job Description

As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office/hospital. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.


  • – Interview patients and document basic medical history
  • – Organize and schedule appointments
  • – Update and file medical records and insurance reports
  • – Arrange hospital admissions and laboratory services
  • – Check with patients and type up patients charts
  • – Assist during medical examinations
  • – Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • – Handle receivable and payable accounts and keep financial records
  • – Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
  • – Draw blood and prepare specimens for pickup


  • – Proven working experience as a medical assistant or medical secretary
  • – Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
  • – Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • – Social perceptiveness and service oriented
  • – Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • – Strong organisational and planning skills
  • – Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
  • – Degree in medical assistance
