Family Nurse Practitioner / Adults Nurse Practitioner
Job Description
We are looking for NPs (Family or Adults) to diagnose and treat health conditions, as well as promote good health practices. You’ll be our go-to person for ensuring the best patient care possible. The job description of a nurse practitioner includes conducting physical examinations, interpreting lab tests and overseeing patients’ health. You’ll be both a health practitioner and an educator, supporting disease prevention practices and helping people lead healthy lives.
As a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll have to work closely with other healthcare professionals, so you should have a team spirit and a positive attitude. Patience, problem-solving skills and communication ability are important.
Responsibilities
- – Examine patients and their medical records
- – Order and study diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays etc.)
- – Diagnose health conditions and illnesses
- – Propose treatments for chronic and infectious diseases
- – Prescribe medications
- – Maintain accurate records and schedules
- – Inform patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications
- – Educate patients and their family members on diseases, epidemics and prevention
- – Oversee patients overall health
- – Promote good health practices
- – Advance professional knowledge and conduct research
Skills
- – Expertise in primary care, acute care and chronic care practices
- – Knowledge of health and patient care regulations
- – Excellent communication skills (Spanish speaking preferable)

- – Willingness to continue gaining knowledge and clinical experience
- – Valid nurse practitioner license

Medical Assistant
Job Description
As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office/hospital. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- – Interview patients and document basic medical history
- – Organize and schedule appointments
- – Update and file medical records and insurance reports
- – Arrange hospital admissions and laboratory services
- – Check with patients and type up patients charts
- – Assist during medical examinations
- – Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- – Handle receivable and payable accounts and keep financial records
- – Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
- – Draw blood and prepare specimens for pickup
Skills
- – Proven working experience as a medical assistant or medical secretary
- – Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
- – Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work

- – Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- – Strong organisational and planning skills
- – Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
- – Degree in medical assistance
