Shariff De Los Santos

President

Medical Doctor graduated from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE), which has played numerous roles in the Healthcare Administration of the State of NY.

Shariff has vast experience in Primary Care Services.

In New York, he successfully managed the Cardiovascular Project in one of the largest PPS of the Medicaid redesign program (DSRIP). In 2016 he was promoted to Director of the Clinical Projects of the PPS and in 2017 he was nominated as Vice-President in the organization, where he directly oversaw the performance of more than 2,500 Primary Care Physicians in NYC.

Since 2020, Shariff has been in charge of the operations of NYC Medical of Queens.

Franklin Lugo

Director

With over 30 years of experience working in healthcare, Franklin Lugo is named our Chief Executive Officer. Franklin, who received his Doctorate of Medicine from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, has experience in an array of healthcare fields including neurological testing, health insurance brokerage, provider relations, and directing medical offices.

As Physician Engagement within one of the largest Physician Performing Systems of over 2,500 providers, Lugo trained medical doctors and staff on the Medicaid program DSRIP. This native New Yorker is prepared to bring his talents to NYC Medical of Queens where he guarantees exceptional medical services.
